The Annual Meeting of the corporation is open to all members of the BDT, as well
as to the general public. Open seats on the Board will be filled. All members have
a vote in the election of Board seats.

| Contacting the Board of Directors The Board of directors may be contacted either by signed letter mailed to our business office address (please mark to the attention of the board) or via email: bdt_board@berkshiredancetheatre.net Please note: Anonymous letters and email will not be addressed. All letters must be signed and/or have a valid return email address. Unsigned letters will be discarded. Individual board members may be approached if your concerns requires immediate action (an emergency meeting will be convened if necessary). |
