Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting of the corporation is open to all members of the BDT, as well as to the general public. Open seats on the Board will be filled. All members have a vote in the election of Board seats.

Next Annual Meeting: Sunday, January 15th, 5:00pm at our Adams studio location.

Please note: Anonymous letters and email will not be addressed. All letters must be signed and/or have a valid return email address. Unsigned letters will be discarded. Individual board members may be approached if your concerns requires immediate action (an emergency meeting will be convened if necessary).
