Payment Info / Terms
BDT PAYMENT POLICIES
- We accept checks, money orders and debit/credit cards (online, in person or by phone). If you must pay with cash, place the exact amount in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with your student’s name, account number, payment amount and what it is for. Neither the teacher nor staff can make change.
- Tuition is due as of the first of each month. A service fee of 1.5% will be added to all outstanding balances as of the 21st of the month.
- Trimester and Annual payments must be received by the due dates listed above to qualify for tuition discounts.Costume fees are due in full by February 20th.
- All tuition and fees must be paid IN FULL by April 20th for students to participate in the Annual Production.
- Students will be suspended from classes if the account when an account becomes 90 days past due. The account must be brought up to date for students to return to classes.
- There are NO tuition refunds given except with a doctor’s letter stating that the student is unable to continue. Students missing classes are encouraged to make up any absences within 8 weeks of the absence. If BDT cancels a class due to weather or teacher illness, a make-up class will be scheduled whenever possible; if we are unable to schedule a make-up, then students’ accounts will be credited for the class.
- There is a NO costume refunds given once a costume is ordered, unless we are able to assign the costume to another student.
